I’ve been looking sideways at one of my paintings, trying to figure out how to finish it.
And now I’ve simply decided that it’s finished and that I need to move on to new things to get back in the flow of it all. The light is coming back, I’ll be able to take better pictures of my work, when I do the work, but also there’s all the other outdoors things to tend to, it’s not the time to fiddle.
Everything was glitchy yesterday, including me! But here we are a day late with a few backgrounds that I’m prepping for the new series. Contrary to my previous post I decided to show the preliminary version after all, but I’m reserving the right to change it once the others are more complete. 😉

Ooops, I fell off the grid for a week due to unforeseen circumstances. Rather than try to catch up to the challenge #21daysinmyartworld I’ll leave the prompts for later postings when I have something to say or show. Today’s prompt is “show the largest painting you’ve ever done”. Mine is 21 years old and one of the few oldies still in my possession because it was on the wall of our old flat.
This is just an ordinary day, and mind you, I’m mostly right handed….
Well, I have the most wonderful studio now. It could easily be twice as big, but it shines because A. I built it my very own self and B. it’s so dead quiet and calm and lovely, it’s to die for.
